Reanimator 今年第一批 ethiopia

輕飄飄的清爽咖啡

熱的時候有：
blossom, masala??
tea leaf

acidity: 高傲
sweet: good
body: light

降溫之後，舌根出現了類似油酯的感覺 記得一般taste note 這個被成為 crisp
奇怪的是，這個比較常在 El Salvador 或是 Guatemala 之類的中美洲國家發現

另外尾巴甜甜的像喝砂糖水一樣 official note 好像用 peach, honey 形容

真不錯的

不過完全不像記憶中常喝到的 Sidamo

而且產地還就在 YirgaCheffe 北邊！
搞不懂 Orz

完全冷掉之後
終於理解 HubBub提到的 oolong tea 是怎麼回事
不過比較同意 reanimator 的green tea

還有那個酸味用 Limeade 很貼切

雖然不確定是不是聽一批

但是 The Captain’s Coffee 的新批次形容很類似 (r) 

而且有更多細節
