熱：苦，酸
降溫：清涼，酸．有種啤酒的感覺．（不知道是不是 Boubon? 這隻水洗會給我這種感覺）
最後有一些熟成水果的味道

有意思：
1. 不知道為什麼，網站上的 tasting note 和袋子上不一樣
2. 還有就是袋子上的 tasting note (2) 跟我自己的 note 好一致
mint -> 清涼，一直出現的酸 lime acidity
3. 而且品種果然是 boubon，看來我的舌頭越來越熟悉費城的咖啡了～

Altitude: ~2000 masl
Processing: Fully washed and dried on raised beds
Kanzu 是個位於 Rwanda西邊被山環繞的區域．周邊小農把咖啡送到這 Kanzu Wash station 處理再銷售出區．處理廠於2012 轉手到 Kenya 的 咖啡公司 C. Dorman of Nairobi. 也因為這樣處理過程中有著肯亞的基因．(r) 可喜的是，這幾年可以看到周邊小農和處理廠都再提高自己的技術/品質．咖啡的供應也穩定了起來～ 可喜可賀，可喜可賀
