 今天在 Plowshares Coffee 買咖啡的時候，突然發現 Slayer (espresso machine) 長得好像 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy 裡面那個有憂鬱症的超級電腦 Deep Thought

不知道以後看到slayer 會不會覺得很奇妙．

Any way 今天的 Guatemala Santa Isabel 雖然是 drip 但是很好喝！

Aaron note: 葡萄乾、草、果乾、蕃茄、（降溫中）薑！（降溫）花、奶花

Guatemala 的咖啡常常喝到，但是來自這個區域 “Alta Verapaz” 的咖啡，倒是第一次遇到．看到對這個區域的形容通常是，多霧，多雨，還有涼爽．可以理解為什麼使用水洗法處理，但是相信在這種區域種植咖啡，真菌類相關疾病的田間管理會是挑戰．

咖啡很好喝，有想把 Plowshares  的所有咖啡嚐一輪的計畫了．
