翻查古老的Facebook post 的時候看到了好久以前的咖啡照片
2009 August 25，整整八年多了，拍照時間是在我的在 pre-Facebook 也是我的 pre-Apple 時期，那時候好像嘗試著把照片上傳所以有了這一張留著．不記得是在哪裡照了？
心得是：果然資料的保存是很重要的，不過紀錄每天每一杯咖啡的詳細資訊，也許只有像 boston brahmin 那個階級才有時間幹這種蠢事，亦或是翹著腳爭論 biscotti 要先塗奶油還是果醬 ，哈哈．
Ethiopia Amaro Gayo 印象是水洗場的名字．十年前看著沒有什麼明顯的感覺；現在再看到這個名字，自然想到地圖上的位於大裂谷旁邊的區域，Amaro district，Gaya (Gaayo）好像是指瀑布．根據當地的分類法，屬於 typica 這個類別．（有著 bronze young leaf-tip）
記得這個區域（還有南邊的 Borena）好像是 Oromo people 原本居住的地方，然後在某個時間點 （16世紀？還是什麼時候？）Oromo people 慢慢遷移到現在Ethiopia 西邊？北邊？ 這似乎也是 Oromia region 長成現在這樣子原因．
關於咖啡處理廠：
Amaro Gayo is a washing station and a mill situated in the Amaro Mountains, a small range separating the communities of Amaro on the eastern slopes from Nechisar National Park and the lowland tribal areas of Arba Minch in southwest Ethiopian region of Sidama. Ref
以這個區域命名的咖啡喝了不少，記得這南邊以前整個叫 sidama（大區），
果汁，非常明顯的水果 Peach；
甜，蔗糖甜，舌尖像喝了 cane sugar 之後的感覺；
發酵，鼻子聞到一點點的豆腐味．
在自身的失憶，和 long term facilitation 之間起起伏伏
