A supremely clean cup, milk chocolate, sweet almond and citrus cool to revel a delicate and complex herbal tea quality. Look for the citrus to become more complex as it cools - at first mingling with the herbal quality in a way that reminds one of hops, before cooling further and revealing a clear pineapple note. The cup is supported by a beautiful panella sweetness.

雖然官方 note 解釋這批豆子混到了 castillo
但不像之前在 Elixr 那樣喝到心悸，好哩加在，好哩加在
強烈同意， “supremely clean cup” !
清涼的感覺雖然強烈，但是自己覺得不到薄荷這種等級
另外自己對這杯咖啡的理解
覺得非常像 coffee shrub 的這支 link
一直搞不定 colombia 的 origon 系統
但是靠這麼近的產區，接近的咖啡品種，同一個山脈，同樣的微氣候
味道相似好像也沒有很奇怪～

店裡疲倦還沒有累積，也沒有太多客人讓吧台手忙得團團轉
常常 這時候的 pour-over 最好喝
前天 Reanimator 的 Colomba Gamboa
還有今天 Hub Bub 的 Colombia Agua-blanca 都是讓人開心的咖啡
