豆子:fruity sweet,收斂,紅毛丹 Rambutan 撥開的味道+香料 thyme
First pour:
Grind (-1): Fruit, sugur,
Acidity: 上揚,bright, 但是收斂的很快 (-lemon)
之後乾淨,口腔沒有太多殘餘的東西
Secondary pour:
Grind (-2):clean, bright, sweet
Pour: Floral Jasmine? sweet~
Hot: Floral, Sweet
Cool: Ginger !! lemon
結:Geisha.
The first time, I could find most typical geisha coffee flavors in single cup. floral, ginger, lemon,, sweet~. Kindly understand the reason that people describe it as the combination of fruit "Lychee" and Cello, a sweet, fruity, clean, complex, elegant cup.

Hot: Honey drink like + acidity
the acidity goes up and then disappear soon. after that, only dry feel on tongue! very imbalance. very special experience!
Second pour:
Grind (-2):酸菜??(sauerkraut?)floral!
Pour: Celery!!(芹菜) + Chinese mesona!!! (仙草)
Aroma: Celery, floral. After taste: bright and dry~
